 Important Info

Having a threaded join in the middle of your spear can result in a weak point and is more prone to damage than a single piece spear.
Ensure to tighten spear middle connection before and after every shot as the unpredictable nature of a fish fighting can cause thread to loosen.
Make sure barrel connection button fully engages when assembling. Failure to do so will weaken connection.
Ensure to disassemble wash and store speargun parts after use.
Silicone spray can be used at barrel connection to encourage smooth functioning.
Do note that the nature of our Reef travel speargun means it isn’t designed for targeting large game. Having connection points in the barrel and spear creates areas of less strength, compared to our single piece spears and spearguns. This is not a speargun to replace your large Bluewater gun. You can target large fish at your own risk to gear damage. The Reef Travel speargun is designed for targeting smaller Reef fish. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.
