Shipping, exchanges and returns

SHIPPING POLICIE

-We ship for a flat rate of $20 all over Canada from the East coast 2 the West coast (From NF to BC. All provinces and territories). Shipping typically only occurs from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm PST will be shipped on the same day (Tue-Fri). Orders placed after 3Pm PST or on a holiday will be shipped on the next shipping day (Tue-Fri).

-We usually ship using Expedited service via Canada Post. Delivery time depends on your location. Estimated delivery time will be available upon receiving your tracking information.

-For special shipping request that fall outside this scenario feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

-We accept return of new and unused products for a duration of 30 days. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We can only refund or exchange products that have not been in contact with water or lube and are undamaged and unused.

-Snorkels are final sales and return will not be accepted for sanitary reasons.


-Any wetsuits that have been in contact with water or lube will not be accepted for a return, exchange or refund. Open cell wetsuits or other products damaged by improper use (i.e. not lubricated) will not be accepted for a return, exchange or refund. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or ill-treatment of products.

-Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of the delivery date. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer if the return is not a result of our error or a manufacturing defect. Please note that our Flat rate shipping doesn't apply to the return label pricing. If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please send us an email explaining the situation and ask for a return label.
